Hello Let's Talk

Brief

When we met High Street Underwriting, things were going pretty well. With over 20 years in operation, a great team and consistent commercial growth, business was booming - the perfect time to hit the gas.

Our task was to develop a brand strategy from the ground up, before creating a brand platform that would enable the brand to increase awareness and effectively position the brand, in order to continue stimulating and sustain long term growth.

Aproach

Through a series of steak-holder workshops and in-depth market research, we created a new lens for the brand to view their customers, competition and themselves, that centred around the idea of providing peace of mind to Australian SMEs through broker partners, in order for them to flourish and serve society.

Using our Brand Strategy Framework, Premise, we then developed the key strategic pillars of Purpose, Positioning & Personality to provide a new North Star for High Street and foundation on which consistent and effective comms could be created. Which is exactly what we did..

Solution

Building on the brand positioning strategy; Insurance with Soul, which speaks to the highly human and personal customer experience High Street are known for, we created "Hello, Let's Talk" - a simple, flexible and memorable brand platform that leverages the most human of things - conversation.

To launch the brand platform, we developed a multichannel brand campaign that kicked back against the transactional, underwhelming and often robotic service that most insurance brokers experience most days, with a series of fun and engaging character led films that playfully position High Street Underwriting as an agency that values service and partnership above all else.

Initial feedback and campaign performance has been exceptional, with engagement on both static and video advertising double industry and platform norms.
